Stayed at this amazing, magical, perfect hotel. Palace-like atmosphere with beautiful design and artwork. Private and peaceful with expansive grounds and orange groves. Warm and welcoming staff who made us feel like family. Exceptional service throughout our stay. Delicious paella and dining experience. Opportunity to explore the museum and its artifacts. The hotel had good activities. They provided bicycles and horses for riding. the location was also convenient, only a few minutes away from the city centre. Another advantage was the option to eat delicious Moroccan food.
The reception staff had poor customer service skills and took a long time to produce an invoice. they charged to access parts of the hotel which should be included.

My partner and I were lucky to stay in a hotel surrounded by picturesque gardens and fruit orchards. We enjoyed exploring the visible Menara and visiting the on-site museum. the outdoor seating areas were idyllic and cozy. the room's furniture was beautiful and elegant, and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast menu was limited and lacked variety.

The hotel was beautifully designed with stunning artifacts and collections from around the world. The location was perfect, nestled among palm trees and overlooking a beautiful lake with mountains in the distance. We also enjoyed the private lunch and the service was excellent.
Our experience was marred by the staff's constant insistence on using their guide services, which we didn't ask for nor wanted. They even prevented us from exploring certain areas of the hotel without a guide.
